Our early-intervention services are solution focused and designed to provide immediate response/reporting to your organization’s Human Resources Department.

1.  Employee contacts the First Report Hotline within 24 hours of injury.
► 1st Report of Injury completed
► Employee is connected with triage nurse
► 1st Report of Injury communicated with HR and safety staff
 

2.  Nurse Triage
► Conducts consultation to assess and determine urgency of need for treatment
► Consults on first aid procedures to apply
► Establishes plan of action for care that assists employee in making an informed decision
 

3  Health and Wellness Wrap-Around Supports
► BEST Manager contacts the employee post-injury
► Provides tools and resources that ease anxiety and manage stress, including utilization of EAP services
► Supports employee to return to work safely and swiftly
