As a certified BESTologist®, you’ll gain the skills to coach others, helping your organization foster a positive culture and thrive. Think of it as a powerful new tool in your professional toolkit!

Course Details:

11-month program, meeting virtually the second Tuesday of each month, 12–2 p.m. CST
Begins January and June each year
Training materials provided to review, memorize, and implement REALiving’s tenets
Cost: $1,000 per participant

Who Can Apply:

Open to everyone—EAP client or not
Current EAP clients require supervisor approval
Organizations with a REALiving EAP can send one participant free ($1,000 value)
Additional participants from the same organization: $1,000 each
